• For each unit:

  • SN

  • PCB lot/date code

  • Component lots (critical ICs)

  • Build date

  • Line/oven/profile ID

  • Operator

  • Inspection/programming/test logs

• Retention: at least (define period, e.g., 10 years) or per customer/standard

• Change control via ECN/ECO with version updates on layout/FW/test equipment
