Incoming inspection

	* Label check: manufacturer, MPN, qty, lot/date code, RoHS/REACH
	* Visual check: package damage, leads, MSL bag/indicator
	* Verify MSL; observe moisture handling (dry storage/bake per JEDEC)
	* Plausibility checks (sample measure resistors/capacitors)
	* Release/hold documented (Form B1)
